'Garadam' Garage Door Flood Barrier Threshold Kit 50mm (High)

Our ‘Garadam’ product though large can be used on all types of domestic and commercial doors and applications. However, any roller shutter, side-hinged, sectional, and up-and-over door will be able to fit this threshold seal. If you find that this garage door flood barrier is a little tall for your gap then you can also check out our smaller seals like for example the 30mm garage door seal.

This flood barrier has a weight limit of 2700 kg and is suitable for regular cars and small vehicles. It should not be used in high traffic areas such as parking garages or with forklift trucks, pallet trucks, vans, lorries or tractors. 

The "Garadam" is made from high quality PVC material, which remains in an excellent condition for a very long time. Not only is it fully recyclable and environmentally friendly, but it is also very tough and unlike rubber garage door seals it will not become brittle and lose its consistency over time.

The seal will always be the same shape as when it was first put down. Additionally the material is UV-stable meaning that it will not discolour in sunlight.
