UK Mainland Delivery Costs
We dispatch orders from Monday-Friday. We will not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays - orders placed during this time will dispatch on the following working day.
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day, provided the order is placed before 2pm. Orders placed after this time will usually ship the following working day.

Collection from warehouse
- All items in stock are available for collection from our warehouse.
- Orders must be placed via telephone in advance, we cannot accept any form of payment at our premises.
- Please refer to our opening hours before collection from the warehouse.
- Same day collection available on most products.
- Please check availability before visiting.

- We do not offer free returns/collection of unwanted orders.

How do I return unwanted goods?
Easily! If for any reason you’re not happy with an item you’ve ordered, we’ll gladly refund it. Simply contact our Customer Service team within 14 working days of receiving your order. Please note that any unwanted goods must be returned to us within 14 working days from the date of their delivery. Orders must be returned in a re-saleable condition. Items received after 14 working days from the date of receipt will not be refunded and you will be charged for the subsequent return of the items back to you. Return requests must be made in writing. Please contact us at sales@garadry.co.uk and we'll go through all your options with you and arrange your refund and return.
