Dispatch Times
- Before 2:00pm (Mon–Fri): dispatched the same working day

Delivery Areas
We deliver across the UK including England, Scotland and Wales. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands and some offshore/remote locations may take longer and/or cost more. Any differences will be displayed at checkout.
International Delivery
We ship internationally. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Tracking
If your order ships on a tracked service, you’ll receive a dispatch email containing tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse.

Delivery FAQs
What if I miss my delivery?
Your courier will normally provide instructions to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we may be able to update the delivery address.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Our couriers only deliver Monday-Friday. We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
My parcel arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please contact us with photos of the packaging and product and we’ll help right away.
My order hasn’t arrived — what now?
Check your dispatch email and tracking link first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes - collections are available between 9:00am - 5:00pm from Monday-Friday. Please check availability before visiting.
