Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, along with PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. If you would like to pay by BACS, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a purchase order.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept cash or cheque.
My card got declined?
This is usually an error with the bank, but could happen for a number of reasons. Give us a call at 01704 532 360 or an email at email@example.com and we'll be happy to assist.
Am I able to pay for an order with someone else's card?
You may use an alternative card but you must have the card owner's permission.
Does the price include tax?
All product prices include UK VAT.
If your order is being shipped to a country outside the United Kingdom, VAT will not be charged at checkout, and any duties & taxes will be charged upon arrival by the carrier.
Do you offer a trade discount?
We do offer a discount to resellers, and also can offer discount on high volume orders. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Do you accept telephone orders?
We are primarily an internet company and although the majority of our customers prefer to place their orders online we do understand that this is not always the preferred option. Therefore, if you wish to place an order by telephone please call 01704 532 360 and will gladly assist you. Our lines are open 9am - 10pm, Monday to Friday.
Am I able to collect my order in person?
Unfortunately orders are not able to be collected from our premises.
Can I have my order shipped to a different address?
We are happy to deliver your order to an address of your choice. Your delivery address does not have to be the same as your billing address, and there is an option at checkout for separate billing and shipping addresses.
How will I know that my order has been successfully placed?
When you've successfully completed an order, we'll show you an order confirmation page as well as sending you a confirmation email containing your order details. Please note: You may need to check the “Junk File” in your email account if you have not received a confirmation email from us.
Am I able to cancel/amend my order after I have placed it?
If you need to make any changes to your order please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order by phone (01704 532 360) or email (email@example.com) and we will do our best to amend your order prior to dispatch.

Where do the items ship from?
All items are shipped from our warehouse, which is located in Halsall, Ormskirk in the North West of England.
